This policy covers the recruiting website for Innovations Financial, an independent life insurance agency in San Antonio, Texas, and the information you give us when you apply to join our team.
What we collect
When you apply we collect your name, phone number, email address, state, licensing status, the answers you give in the application and the short quiz, and whether you agreed to receive texts. We also record basic visit details such as the page that sent you to us (for example an ad or a social post), your browser type and the time you applied.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about joining the team.
- To schedule interviews, send onboarding steps and answer your questions.
- To understand which recruiting channels work so we can improve them.
Text messages
If you check the consent box, we may call and text you about your application and recruiting with Innovations Financial. Consent is not required to apply. Who we share it with
We use service providers to run this site and our recruiting system, including our website host and our customer relationship and texting platform. How long we keep it
We keep application records while we are recruiting and for a reasonable time afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner and the law allows it.
Your choices
You can reply STOP to any text to stop messages. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing recruiting@innovations-financial.com, writing to us at the address below, or replying to any of our messages.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the bottom of this page.
